This preview does not accept inquiries. Before collection begins, this policy needs the confirmed site operator, a dedicated privacy contact and the actual retention and hosting settings.
1. Scope and current status
This policy describes the FluidGeometry website preview and the planned use of its inquiry form. The form is disabled in this version: information typed into it is not submitted to us or to Formspree. The site does not offer accounts, purchases or newsletter subscriptions.
2. Information used to deliver the site
When you visit a hosted website, its hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, browser information, request time and security events to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
This build is prepared for Cloudflare hosting. Processing on the deployed site depends on its actual configuration. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its practices.
3. Cookies, analytics and local assets
The supplied website code does not set cookies, use local storage, include advertising trackers or load an analytics service. Its font, logo and video are served with the site rather than embedded from third-party media platforms. Hosting or security features enabled separately may have their own data practices; those must be reflected here before launch.
4. Inquiries, when enabled
The planned form asks for your name, email address, inquiry type and message. Those details would be used to review and respond to your request, discuss a potential partnership or domain acquisition, and maintain relevant correspondence. Sending an inquiry would not subscribe you to marketing.
Formspree is the selected form-delivery provider. Once connected, submission data would pass to Formspree and the configured recipient mailbox. Provider-side technical and anti-spam processing may also occur. Review Formspree’s privacy policy. No form data is sent to Formspree by this disabled preview.
5. Sharing and processing locations
The intended recipients of inquiry information are the site operator and service providers needed for hosting, security, form delivery and email. Those providers may process information outside your province or country, where local laws may permit access by authorities. Provider choices and processing arrangements must be confirmed before the form is enabled.
6. Retention
The retention period for future inquiries has not yet been set. Before collecting messages, the operator must establish a period appropriate to responding to inquiries and maintaining any necessary transaction or legal records, including deletion from form archives and mailboxes. Provider log retention is controlled separately by service settings and policies.
7. Your choices and requests
You can browse without submitting an inquiry. When collection is enabled, a working privacy contact will be provided for questions and requests to access, correct or delete personal information, or withdraw consent where applicable. Any limits required by law or an ongoing transaction should be explained in response.
8. Keeping information proportionate
Please do not send payment-card information, passwords, identity documents or sensitive personal details through the general inquiry form. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Contact and updates
The responsible operator and dedicated privacy contact are pending confirmation. The Contact page currently explains that submissions are unavailable. This draft must be updated before the public inquiry service launches and whenever actual data practices change.
